How do I place an order?
You can place your order here, on our website, or you may call (212) 281-8646 and one of our customer service reps will gladly assist you.

Where do you deliver?
Our delivery area is 110th Street - 155th Street, River to River. We deliver to homes, offices, schools, hotels and dorms - just about anywhere with a valid address and hungry customers. Deliveries outside our service area will require an additional delivery charge.

What is the minimum order?
Each order has a $10.00 minimum total food charge, not including the delivery fee. Orders from multiple restaurants require a $10.00 minimum charge from each restaurant.

How much is delivery?
Our delivery fee is $3.99 per order, plus sales tax. An automatic 10% gratuity is added to orders of $40 or more.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?
You may order from more than one restaurant. An additional $2.99 per restaurant will be charged and the minimum order is $10.00 per restaurant. Delivery time will be longer.

What are your delivery hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 11:00am-10:00pm, Saturday 5:00pm-10:00pm, and Sunday 5:00pm-10:00pm.

When can I place an order?
Online orders can be placed at any time. Phone orders can be placed during our business hours.

Can I place an order for a future time?
YES! We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time, particularly during peak lunch times. Advanced orders must be paid for at the time of order using credit card.

What if my area is not listed for delivery?
If you are not listed as a delivery area, give us a call to place your order. Orders outside of the delivery area will require an additional delivery charge.

When should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 45-60 minutes prior to expected delivery time.

How long does it take to get my food?
Delivery times vary. The average delivery time is about 60 minutes, however, for public safety reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery time. Please take into consideration the restaurant preparation time, drive time and weather conditions.

Should we tip the drivers?
Absolutely! Consider them your mobile waiters. They work hard to ensure that you receive the meals you love. We suggest 15-20% gratuity. Orders over $40 have a 10% gratuity automatically added. Our drivers sincerely appreciate your generous consideration.

Is my order checked for accuracy prior to delivery?
For health reasons, we do not open and check your items. We go by the descriptions on the box and verify that the correct amount of boxes is delivered. If your order is incorrect please call us within 30 minutes of delivery so we can correct any issues ASAP.

Do you deliver for restaurants not listed on the website?
No, but if you have a restaurant that you would like us to deliver from please tell the manager or owner about our service and have them contact us!

How do I pay?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX. Corporate and House accounts are also available. Contact us for information.

My online bank statement shows a different total than my order?
Electronic credit card authorizations for restaurants always allow an additional 20% over the meal amount to permit the customer the option of adding a tip, or gratuity, to the transaction. This over-authorization amount is only an authorized amount. Your card or account will only be charged for the amount you authorize at the time of delivery. However, it may take a day or two for the additional authorized sum to be released by your credit card company. Some card processors may take as much as a week to release these funds. In most cases this isn't an issue, as funds are secured from a revolving credit line. We understand that it can be inconvenient when the funds are being secured from a checking account or debit card, because it may limit access to these funds for a couple of days, but we cannot control this bank practice.

Can I use restaurant coupons?
We do not accept restaurant coupons, however, look for Harlem To Go coupons.

But what if I want LOTS of food?
Give us a call! We’d be happy to assist you in setting up an affordable catering order for your large group, meeting or party! Please note catering orders may require advance notice. We’ll do our best to get you what you need, when you need it!

Why don't you deliver from every restaurant in town?
We only deliver for restaurants with which we have a contractual relationship. We pride ourselves on having a thorough knowledge of our partner-restaurants’ menus. This would be impossible if we claimed we could deliver from every restaurant in the area. We always want to partner with excellent restaurants. If your favorite restaurant is not currently participating, mention us to their owner/manager and let them know you want us to deliver their food.

Why can't I cancel my online order?We electronically transmit your order to the restaurant. Once received, they start to prepare it.

The not so fine print: Restaurant hours, menu items and descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. Please check your order carefully upon its arrival. Although we strive for perfection, mistakes happen, and the sooner we learn of them, the faster we can correct them.

  1. Complete menus are available only on-line. Pictures included in the printed menu guide or on line may not be actual representations. Items may differ upon delivery.
